FLUX Exothermic Welding Moulds

Exothermic Welding Mould is made by graphite, it was used on lightning protection welding widely.

Operation process

1.Clean all conductor with a brush, and place the conductors into the opened mold.Pre-heat when the mold first use of the day.

2.Close the mold and place the disk into the right place of mold ensure it is correctly seated and covering the tap hole.

3.Place our exothermic welding flux into mold, and place littlestart power on our flux surface, also place little on the lip of mold.

4.Close the cover and use firelock on the lip of the mold. 

5.Open the mold and take out the conductor, clean the mold for next using.
